Get to Know Kiersten Karn

Kiersten Karn has been Graf-Martin's Executive Assistant since 2021. She brings 10+ years of office administration expertise with a passion for marketing and managing the details.

In keeping with our 2022 theme, Stronger, we asked Kiersten a few questions to get to know her better.

What is your "GO-TO" quote and/or scripture, and song(s) to help you strengthen yourself?

How have you strengthened Graf-Martin since you joined the team?

A lot of what I do to strengthen Graf-Martin is behind the scenes. I support Ellen and the rest of the team through a variety of tasks; my goal is to keep operations at the office running smoothly. One part of my job that I’ve really enjoyed (I think we all have!) is having the opportunity to plan team-building events and bring the team together outside of the office. 

How has being part of the Graf-Martin team strengthened you? 

Being a part of a team that cares about uncovering and investing in your strengths has been refreshing. Everyone on the team is kind and willing to help one another, they truly are one-of-a-kind. 

How have you been able to strengthen our clients? 

As I mentioned earlier, a lot of what I do is behind the scenes. I support the marketing team so they can focus on moving clients' missions forward. The devil is in the details! 

Kiersten is an experienced administrator and has worked in several different industries from tech to wellness. 

Beyond the office, she is a wife and proud mother of three, explorer, carer of plants, and life documented.
