Jesus told his disciples “And when you hear of _____ and rumors of ______, see to it that you are not troubled…” (Matthew 24:6)
I think it would be theologically sound to fill in the blanks with whatever fear, anxious, or stressful event we hear about in our own day in history. The point is that these things will occur, and the threat of these things happening will be just as bad as the thing itself, but we, who call ourselves disciples of Jesus Christ, are to see that we are not troubled by them – it is not the end.
