At Graf-Martin Communications Inc. when we consider a project we envision the oak within the acorn, identifying opportunities and potential growth for our clients. With a breadth and depth of experience in marketing, public relations, and publishing in the corporate and non-profit sectors, Graf-Martin Communications Inc. is a uniquely multi-faceted agency.

What is the process?
When taking on a new project, our first order of business is to understand our client and their customer and then create an integrated communications and marketing plan to most effectively incorporate internet and social media marketing, traditional publicity and public relations, strategic promotional opportunities and key consumer engagement. Each campaign is unique, and we only partner with projects we believe in.

Who do we work with?
Our clients range from small to large businesses, and include international publishers, non-profit organizations, and book distributors. We also provide consultation to clients looking for help with the publishing and book promotion process.

What do we do?

Graf-Martin Communications Inc. is committed to providing our clients with high-value campaigns designed to maximize our clients’ marketing investment. We are able to convert a small marketing budget into a national campaign, becoming a low-cost alternative to an internal marketing team. Our campaigns have seen affinity group growth of 15% and have increased intra-day product rankings from #20,059 to #31 (#1 in its category) on Amazon.ca.

Our founder and managing director, Ellen Graf-Martin, also provides speaker services - communicating life-transforming messages with clarity.

Born and raised on Vancouver Island, BC, Ellen now lives with her husband Dan in Waterloo, Ontario. A strong commitment to personal and professional growth and excellence means that Ellen puts her heart into whatever she does.  An avid coffee lover, aspiring chef and creative craft designer, she is also passionate about equipping the church, missions and discipleship.  Ellen has always been a voracious reader; one of her first loves was the written word.  She wonders how many hours of her life have been spent lost in the pages of a book, and no one, even her second grade teacher, is at all surprised that she works with books and authors today.
